By using misseasternshore.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Miss Eastern Shore is an official local preliminary to the Miss Alabama competition.
You may use this site to learn about the competition, register, request an appearance, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use the forms for spam or commercial solicitation.
Submitting the registration form is a request to compete, not a guarantee of entry. Contestants must meet the eligibility requirements of the Miss Eastern Shore, Miss Alabama, and Miss America organizations, provide accurate information and documents, and pay any required fees by the published deadline. Entry fees and preliminary fees are non-refundable unless we state otherwise.
Contestants and, for minors, their parents or guardians must also sign the state and local contestant contracts, which govern participation in the competition and the year of service that follows.
Appearance requests are subject to titleholder availability. Confirmed appearances, any applicable fees, and expectations for the event will be agreed in writing by email before the event.
The text, photos, logos, and design of this site belong to Miss Eastern Shore or are used with permission. You may share links to the site freely, but please do not copy or reuse our photos or logos without asking first.
This site links to third-party websites and services, including the Miss Alabama and Miss America organizations, Facebook, donation platforms, and Google reCAPTCHA. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
This site is provided as is. We work hard to keep dates, fees, and requirements accurate, but details can change; registered contestants will be notified by email of any updates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Eastern Shore and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
