Information we collect

When you submit our registration form, we collect the information needed to process your entry: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, age division, and the documents you upload, such as contracts, identification, a headshot, and your community service essay. When you submit our contact or appearance request forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the details of your message or event.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, through standard server logs and analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We use registration information to verify eligibility, communicate with contestants and their families, and administer the Miss Eastern Shore competition. Contestant information may be shared with the Miss Alabama and Miss America organizations as required for participation.

We use contact and appearance request information to respond to you and to coordinate events. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
